Hi!

I’m Sandra Moses, an urban planner with an architectural edge, driven by the belief that well-designed spaces can transform lives. My passion for the built environment sparked a journey to understand how spaces shape our lives, and I’m all about turning that vision into reality.

Studying architecture gave me the design tools I needed, but it wasn’t long before I realized my heart was set on something bigger—shaping entire communities, not just buildings. That realization led me to urban planning—a field where I could integrate design, policy, and public engagement to make a lasting impact.

Why Planning?

Because cities are living and breathing, I’m here to make sure they grow in the right direction! My architectural background allows me to approach planning with a keen eye for design, while my planning expertise ensures that projects are grounded in strategic, community-focused solutions. I am passionate about crafting places where communities come alive, connections flourish, and people feel at home.

Design. Sustainability. Equity.

Design. Sustainability. Equity.

What I Do:

  • Master Planning & Urban Design – I shape the big picture, turning visions into actionable blueprints for thriving cities.

  • Policy & Land Use Strategy – I navigate complex zoning and regulations to create smarter, more adaptable spaces.

  • Community Engagement & Placemaking – I believe the best ideas come from people, so I facilitate conversations that turn local voices into impactful change.

  • Mobility & Infrastructure Innovation – I design for movement, ensuring communities are connected, walkable, and future-ready.

  • GIS & Data Storytelling – I transform data into compelling visuals that inform and inspire better decision-making.

  • From Buildings to Cities – With my architectural background, I bridge the gap between structures and urban systems, ensuring good design scales up to great places.
